Harford County Treasurer issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
Got Conflict? The Community Mediation Program, provided by Harford County Department of Community Services, is another great free service that the County has to offer.
Mediation is a safe environment for people to address their conflicts while allowing both sides to be heard. Parties should come to the process with an open mind, and be willing to create a win-win situation.
