City of Havre de Grace issued the following announcement on July 7.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Governor Larry Hoganfor coming to Havre de Grace last evening and celebrating First Fridays with us.
Governor Hogan, led by Mayor Martin through our Arts and Entertainment District, was impressed to see the greatest parts of our city, including The Culture Center at The Opera House, the American Legion, live entertainment (including Governor Hogan participating in a drum circle) and most importantly, the opportunity to meet several of our volunteers and artists who make our city thrive.
