Town of Bel Air issued the following announcement.
Pursuant to Chapter 165, Article II of the Bel Air Town Code, the Bel Air Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the Bel Air Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue, Bel Air, MD beginning at 7:00 p.m. to review: Site Plan and Landscape Plan for development of 12 townhouses and re-purposing of the existing Bel Air Academy building to 8 apartment units at 45 E. Gordon Street. Information regarding the request is available for review at www.belairmd.org or at the Bel Air Planning Department, 705 E. Churchville Road.
