Hartford County issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
This award-winning program is an art contest for students and adults focused on the hopeful theme of prevention and recovery from addiction. Winning art from each age category was made into a 2019 calendar that is raising funds for a women's recovery program in Harford County. The project is a reflection of our strong partnership with the Harford County Sheriff's Office and faith-based community. Calendars may be purchased for $10 by contacting Rev. Dr. Stephen R. Melton at Churchville Presbyterian Church:
