Harford Composite Squadron issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
Wreaths Across America preparing the wreaths in the pouring rain at Angel Hill Cemetery in Havre de Grace, MD. The cadets did a great job assisting the Joseph L. Davis American Legion Post #47 with placing the stakes and H-Frames in the ground for the wreaths to be secured to. The cadets were also able to get some Color Guard practice time in before the ceremony. This was their first time presenting colors, and they did an outstanding job! Posted below are photos from the preparation for the ceremony provided by multiple volunteers that showed up to assist. The ceremony photos will be posted in a separate post.
