Harford County People's Counsel Citizens Advisory Board met Oct. 23.

PRESENT: Members Conway, Dudderar, Moon, Spicer, Stromberg; Brian Young, Esquire
ABSENT: Members LaBarre & Weeks
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m., by Mrs. Moon, with a quorum.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES -The minutes of August 28, 2018 were approved (4-0).
CASE PRESENTATIONS - None
OLD BUSINESS
People's Counsel Update - The current People's Counsel case docket was distributed and reviewed by Mr. Young,
Cases on Layover - None
NEW BUSINESS
Review of Applications for Variances, Special Exceptions, Etc,
Motion was made by Mr. Dudderar, seconded by Ms. Conway, and unanimously approved (5-0) to enter People's Counsel in Case No. 5893 (Maryland Center for the Visual & Performing Arts Inc.).
No action was taken on Case Nos, 5894 (John Wesley United Methodist Church & Mark Walker).
