Aberdeen Fire Department issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Members gathered for our monthly meeting to hold our annual elections. Below are the results. There were no changes in any of the positions.

Assistant Chief - Joshua Montague
Battalion Chief #1 - Steven S. Hinch
Battalion Chief #2 - Vacant
Battalion Chief #3 - Jeffrey Sexton
Battalion Chief #4 - Vacant
Captains and Lieutenants will be appointed by the Chiefs after the first of the year. Vacant positions can be filled by appointment from the Board of Directors.
