Harford County HVACR Mechanical Board met Nov. 14.

The following members were present:
Members: Roger Welsh, Board Member Terry Artman, Board Member Kenny Blevins, Board Member Scott Schott, Chief, Plumbing Services
The meeting opened at 9:30 am. The Mechanical Board minutes recorded on October 10, 2018 were reviewed and approved.
Old Business
There was no old business discussed.
New Business
Scott Schott, Heather McHugh, and Milford Badders presented the new limited electrical license at the HACC meeting on October 18, 2018. Scott Schott gave a recap from the HACC meeting to the Harford County HVACR Mechanical Board (also known as The Board). Currently one contractor has obtained the new Residential HVAC Service and Replacement Limited Electrical License by taking the test.
The Board discussed ground loop systems, UV protection on line sets, and obtaining approval from Planning and Zoning and the Health Department on horizontal trenches.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 am
