Request:
The Applicant is requesting approval to subdivide Parcels 1722 and 2427 to create 6 townhouse lots. The townhouse units are a Conditional Use as proposed in the RB/Residential Business District for Lot Type ‘E’ in accordance with Section 205-27.C of the City Code. The Applicant is also requesting a variance from the 10-foot front yard setback in the RB/Residential Business District as required in Table 1, and a variance from the open space requirements for townhouse projects in accordance with Section 205-9.F.(6) of the City Code. The Conditional Use, variances, site and subdivision plans require review through the Planning Commission and Board of Appeals.
