N.2. West Bel Air Avenue Revitalization Project

Suggested Action: Requesting formal support for the City Staff to proceed in partnering with State Highway administration to 1) Replace Stamped Brick along West Bel Air Ave as identified by staff between Route 40 to RR Tracks. 2) Modify SHA HA4525177 design to allow for the inclusion of pedestrian bump-outs between Howard and Parke Street along West Bel Air.

N.3. Bid No. 19-03, James Street Interceptor Phase II & Graceford Drive Manhole Replacement Suggested Action: Approve Bid
