ITEMS SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING

18-0275 Unidentifiable Vehicles - Immediate Towing

For the purpose of prohibiting the parking of unidentifiable vehicles on City streets; authorizing the immediate removal of unidentifiable vehicles parked on City streets; setting a certain penalty; and generally relating to unidentifiable vehicles.

A motion was made by Member Clarke, seconded by Member Bullock, that this Ordinance be Recommended Favorably with Amendment. The motion carried by the following vote:

7- Yes: Member Costello, Member Clarke, Member Pinkett III, Member Bullock, Member Reisinger, Member Scott, and Member Stokes Sr.
