Harford County Emergency Management issued the following announcement on Sept. 14.
The Darlington Apple Festival will be held October 6, 2018. MD 161 between MD 623 and US 1 will be made one-way only from US 1 to the intersection. Northbound traffic on MD 161 will be forced onto MD 623 so that they will intersect with US 1 at the traffic light and traffic-controlled US 1 / MD 623 intersection from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Shuresville Road, between MD 161 and Old Quaker Road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This stretch of roadway will be made one-way from MD 161 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and then one-way towards MD 161 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
School Road will be one-way only between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
