People's Counsel Citizens Advisory Board met July 26.

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m., by Mrs. Weeks, with a quorum.
Approval of Minutes -The minutes of May 24, 2018, were unanimously approved.
Case Presentations - None
Old Business
People's Counsel Update - The current People's Counsel case docket was distributed and reviewed by Mr. Young.
Cases on Layover - None
New Business
Review of Applications for Variances, Special Exceptions, Etc.
Following discussion, a motion was made by Mrs. LaBarre and seconded by Mrs. Spicer, recommending People's Counsel enter Case No. 5889 (2110 Bel Air Road, LLC).
People's Counsel Expenses FY '18
A summary of expenditures for FY '18 (July 2017 - June 2018) was reviewed. Total expenditures were $3,750.80, a decrease of $2,727.70 over the FY '17 expenses.
