Aberdeen Police Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
Missing something? You must have dropped your drugs yesterday because you were so excited to see us…but don’t worry, our hard working officers found them for you! Try and look on the bright side, your carelessness probably saved some lives! We know your drugs are worth a lot of money, “cough” “cough”, like about $3000 bucks…so if you would like to have them back, or know who the rightful owner is, please contact Ofc. Lightner so he can assist you in claiming them. “
