Bel Air Police Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
A great visit from C.J. Chang of the U.S. Taekwondo Academy and his staff and students! We were impressed by the well-behaved and disciplined students who taught us to properly return a bow, given to us as a as a sign of respect. In return, we gave them a bow and then a salute.
