City of Havre de Grace issued the following announcement on July 1.
Members of the public are invited to join in physical training (PT) with Command Sergeant Major Matthew McCoy and the non-commissioned officers from Aberdeen Proving Ground at Concord Point Lighthouse last Friday, June 29, 2018 from 0630-0700.
