Rep. Andy Harris has been actively serving in Congress since replacing Frank Kratovil in 2011. Prior to this role, he served in the Maryland House of Representatives and the Maryland Senate from 1999 to 2011. Born in New York City in 1957, Harris graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977 and currently resides in Cambridge.
