On April 4, 2025, Rep. Andy Harris highlighted his visit to Talisman Therapeutic Riding in Grasonville, Maryland. He expressed his gratitude saying, "I had a wonderful visit with Talisman Therapeutic Riding in Grasonville, Maryland. Their mission is to transform lives by fostering personal growth and healing through equine-assisted activities. I was thankful for their time in showing me their facility and am grateful they".

Later that day, Harris addressed the economic advancements under the current administration, particularly noting the job growth exceeding predictions. He tweeted, "The economy added 228,000 jobs — nearly 100,000 more jobs than predicted. 13,000 new construction jobs 22,900 new warehousing jobs 23,700 new retail trade jobs. President Trump’s economic actions are revitalizing job growth.".

On April 5, 2025, Harris took the opportunity to pay tribute to the spouses of fallen service members. He honored their resilience by stating, "Today we honor the spouses of fallen service members and recognize their courage in the face of the sacrifices made by their loved ones."
