Of the 3,821 people living in Pleasant Hills in 2019, 52.1 percent (1,990) were women and 47.9 percent (1,831) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Harford News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,155-to-1,067. In the 65 and over age range, there were 472 females and 317 males.
