Harford County Bureau of Highways issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
A draft of Harford County’s first Green Infrastructure Plan is now available online for public review and comment. Green infrastructure is an interconnected network of forests, wetlands, and waterways that supports natural ecosystems, preserves water resources, improves stormwater management, and promotes healthier communities.
