Harford County Commission on Veteran's Affairs issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
Grants supporting the Arts in Education are now available through Harford County Cultural Arts Board. Supporting high-quality arts experiences for youth (grades pre-K - 12) in Harford’s schools and other nonprofit community-based settings.
