2018 Town of Bel Air Summer Concert Series at the William A. Humbert Amphitheater in Shamrock Park (Behind Town Hall - 39 N. Hickory Ave., Bel Air, MD - Hickory Ave. & Lee St.) The rain location is Bel Air High School Auditorium. Please call (410) 803-9784 for rain/heat info. 2 hours before the concert. From: 7:00 p.m. To: 8:15 p.m. - FREE Admission.
