Horizon Foundation issued the following announcement on Aug. 2.
"Green man authority" will prioritize pedestrians over cars, part of London Mayor Sadiq Khan's plan to increase walking and transit trips.
The city of London has made walking for pedestrians easier by installing traffic signals that prioritize walkers!
