Harford County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
The Supervisory Development seminar is a 90 minute program designed for managers who oversee lower level and/or new front line supervisors.
The session will cover the 4 keys to making sure you are handling your supervisors in the best way and setting them up for success. Attendees will participate in exercises to help develop plans they can begin using as soon as they return to their offices!
About Rod Bourn: With a passion to improve people and organizations, Rod has held a variety of roles including stints in human resources; training and organizational development; nonprofit development; and leadership programming.
Rod is the founder of Down, Set, Lead; a strategic consulting group focused on helping organizations grow their business and people through coaching, training and mentoring. He is also the Project Director for Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program in Baltimore.
The Harford Chamber holds educational seminars each year, with current and diverse topics from Communications to Supervisory Development. Seminars are taught by industry professionals, in partnership with Harford Community College, and are available to both members and non-members.
