Harford County Planning & Zoning Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
Harford Transit LINK will hold three public hearings on proposed changes to its fixed route bus schedule, as required by the Maryland Transit Administration and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The proposed changes are the result of an analysis of all routes to improve on-time performance, and a response to customer requests for increased service frequency and expanded service hours.
