Harford County Emergency Management issued the following announcement on Nov. 9.
Harford County Executive Barry Glassmanpresented a $12,300 contribution to the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation on November 5 to help build a Wall of Remembrance that will be incorporated into the Korean War Veterans Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, DC.
