$2,000 *Full-Time Night Shift Respiratory Therapist UM HMH
$1,000 **Part-Time Night Shift Respiratory Therapist UM HMH
*50% of Bonus Amount is paid for part-time benefit eligible referrals.
First payment is made to the current team member after the referred team member completes 90 days of service.
Remainder of bonus paid to the current team member after referred team member completes 1 year of service.
This Referral Program applies to applications received on or after
August 1, 2018 and before September 30, 2018.
UM UCH Managers and above are not eligible.
