Harford Community College issued the following announcement on July 30.
Truly we are the community's college, an anchor institution for Harford County. We’re extremely proud to have been part of the inaugural class of the Master Watershed Stewards Academy. These new stewards are now trained community leaders who’ll identify pollutants, educate neighbors about stream health, and work to reduce human impacts on water quality.
