Harford Community College issued the following announcement on July 29.
There's a new, enduring emblem on campus, just outside the window of Director for Professional & Corporate Training Victor Cyran's office – a white oak, symbolizing strength and wisdom. The tree, planted by the Harford Leadership Association's Class of 2018, recognizes Victor’s years of guidance and commitment in helping to create hundreds of emerging leaders in Harford County.
