Maryland residents paid $5,772 to attend the two-year public institution this year $113 more than the $5,659 charged for 2016-17.
Non-residents paid 36.9 percent more than residents this year, or $7,902. Their price tag grew 2 percent from $7,747 in 2016-17.
About 95 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Maryland residents. About 4 percent are residents of other states and 1 percent are citizens of other countries.
Data shows 52 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 364 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.4 million and 130 students took out student loans totaling more than $626,031.
Including all undergraduates, 2,687 students used grants or scholarships totaling $7.42 million. Another 557 took out $2.8 million in federal student loans.
