Joppatowne High and Aberdeen High is among Maryland high schools that reported the lowest on-time graduation rates for the class of 2017, according to the latest Maryland Schools Report Card.
In the annual report, the Maryland State Department of Education releases data on enrollment, attendance, graduation rate and assessment results, among other metrics. This analysis uses graduation rates based on the number of students in a cohort who earned diplomas after completing four years of high school.
