Rep. Andy Harris, MD, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Maryland’s 1st district since 2011, recently used his social media platform to acknowledge National Vietnam Veterans Day, National Doctors’ Day, and ongoing issues regarding Department of Homeland Security funding.
