Rep. Andy Harris, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Maryland’s 1st district, has recently shared his views on various health and political issues through a series of tweets. Serving in Congress since 2011, Harris has expressed concerns about America’s health system and support for former President Trump’s agenda.

On November 19, 2024, Rep. Harris emphasized the need for change in the American health system by stating: “Whether you look at mental health, physical health, life expectancy, or maternal mortality—the fact of the matter is what we are doing is not working.” He advocated for a movement to “Make America Healthy Again,” suggesting significant reforms are necessary.

In another tweet dated November 21, 2024, he expressed solidarity with former President Trump’s policies by saying: “We are united to advance President Trump’s agenda to help the American people.” This statement was part of an interview with Real America’s Voice.

Later that day on November 21, 2024, Harris reiterated his commitment to implementing Trump’s agenda once sworn into office on January 3rd: “Very soon after we are sworn in on January 3rd we can get to work to start delivering on President Trump’s agenda.” The tweet indicates his readiness to begin work immediately upon taking office.
