On May 11, 2025, Rep. Harris extended greetings for Mother’s Day through a tweet “Happy Mother’s Day!”.
The following day, on May 12, 2025, he announced an upcoming appearance on Fox Business’s “Mornings with Maria” show by tweeting ” Coming up on the @FoxBusiness @MorningsMaria show around 8:10 this morning. Tune in!”.
Later that same day, Rep. Harris commented on international trade practices and President Trump’s efforts to address them. He tweeted “For decades, overseas trading partners have taken advantage of the United States through unfair trade practices. Under @POTUS, that will happen no longer.” He expressed support for President Trump’s negotiations aimed at bringing jobs back to America.
