Rep. Andy Harris, MD, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Maryland’s 1st district since 2011, recently shared his views on border funding and policies through a series of tweets. Harris, who succeeded Frank Kratovil in Congress, has been an active voice in legislative matters concerning national security and border management.
On February 11, 2025, Rep. Harris urged legislative action on border funding. He stated: “It is time for the House and Senate to quickly pass a border funding bill so that President Trump can deliver on his promises to the American people.”
