On Friday, March 6, Theartis Battle, a former John Carroll School standout, helped his collegiate team, the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets, to a 76-52 victory over the NC Wesleyan Battling Bishops in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup kicked off at 6:45 p.m. at Crenshaw Gymnasium, marking the teams’ first meeting in the tournament.
The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 7 at 6:45 p.m., again at Crenshaw Gymnasium.
