In the week ending Mar. 14, one gas station in Harford County sold premium gas at the lowest reported price of $3.99 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, premium gas averaged $4.26 per gallon.
Among 91 gas stations in cities within Harford County, 50 offered premium gas.
Across Maryland, the average reported price for a gallon of premium gas rose to $4.39, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
