Harford County, Maryland issued the following announcement on June 25.
The parking area at Harford County Parks & Recreation’s main office at 702 N. Tollgate Road in Bel Air is being repaved starting Thursday, June 28 through Thursday, July 5. The project will be completed in sections, so parking for the Ma & Pa trailhead at this location will be available, but limited while work is being done. Additional parking is also available in the parking lot directly across Tollgate Road. Thank you for your patience while this work is completed. MA & PA Heritage Trail, Inc.
