F.H. Paschen, a longstanding national construction and infrastructure development company, has been recognized by the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) with the “Award for Excellence in Building Design and Construction.” This accolade acknowledges the company’s exceptional work on two significant projects: Courtroom Renovations Phase III and the Hybla Valley Community Center.

This marks the second time F.H. Paschen has received this award from DPWES, having previously been honored in 2021 for their work on the Fairfax County Salt Dome construction project. Charles Lawler, Vice President of F.H. Paschen, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating, “We are honored to receive this award from Fairfax County, which speaks to the collaborative spirit, technical excellence, and community focus that define every project we take on.”

Lawler further emphasized the company’s commitment to creating functional and inspiring spaces, adding, “Our teams are committed to delivering spaces that are both functional and inspiring, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the civic infrastructure of Fairfax County and the greater Mid-Atlantic region.”

Since its establishment in 2010, F.H. Paschen’s Mid-Atlantic office has completed over $300 million worth of projects. The office focuses on areas including Loudoun and Fairfax counties and has built a reputation for quality execution and strong client relationships.
