City of Havre de Grace issued the following announcement on July 25.

There will be No changes to the Trash/Recycling or Yard Waste Schedule the week of July 2. 

Normal Curbside Collections will occur on Independence Day, Wednesday, July Fourth.

Harford County held its biennial EMPOWERED Expo on April 11 at Bel Air High School. The event connected over 150 teens and young adults with differing abilities—and their families—to resources supporting independence. More than 45 exhibitors participated in providing guidance on education plans, employment options, financial planning tools like ABLE accounts, guardianship alternatives, and state service eligibility.
