At the end of the day, it was all about the families. With pride in the placing of yet another monument within a community, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Hershel “Woody” Williams reminded listeners that the effort tributes the sacrifices of the families of the nation’s fallen during the unveiling of the Gold Star Families Memorial in Havre de Grace, June 17.
