Congratulations Officer Frank Graziano!!!

Maryland Municipal League Police Executive Association 30th Annual “Top Cop” award is hereby presented to Officer First Class Frank Graziano of the Bel Air Police Department. Officer Graziano is hereby recognized for his outstanding performance and significant contributions to the citizens of the Town of Bel Air MD, in honor of his dedication and high degree of professionalism. He is recognized last June 12, 2018, as Maryland’s Municipal “Top Cop”
