Harford County hosts EMPOWERED Expo for teens and young adults with differing abilities

Harford County held its biennial EMPOWERED Expo on April 11 at Bel Air High School. More than 45 exhibitors participated in providing guidance on education plans, employment options, financial planning tools like ABLE accounts, guardianship alternatives, and state service eligibility.
