On May 13, Rep. Harris reiterated the administration’s firm stance against illegal immigration, particularly targeting gang members or criminals entering the country illegally. He affirmed that “This administration has zero tolerance for illegal immigrants,” emphasizing President Trump’s commitment to fulfilling campaign promises related to immigration enforcement.

Additional context reveals that Andy Harris was born in New York City in 1957 and currently resides in Cambridge. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University, earned in 1977.
